jemput-jemput ayam. .

bahan-bahan :

-isi ayam yg dikisar

-roti buku

-lada kisar

-bawang merah n putih yg dikisar

-bahan penambah rasa

cara-caranya :

1)ayam yg dikisar td dicampurkan dengan lada dan bawang kisar,gaul hingga sebati. ,jika ingin pedas,boleh msok kn lada kisar lebeh sket. .

2)kemudian potong roti kecil2 kepada bntuk dadu. .gaul kn bersama adunan td. .potongan roti tidak perlu terlalu banyak. ,juz 5 o 6 keping. .

3)tambah adunan dengan bahan perasa. .

4)seterusnya msok kn adunan ke dalam peti sejuk selama 2 o 3 jam bg memerap ayam dengan lada. .

*hasil nya seperti ini....

5)akhir sekali boleh la kita menggorengnya. .buat la bntuk mengikut kreativiti mseng2. .

*hidangan ini lebih enak jika mkn bersama sos. .
